Built in the 1600’s and fully renovated in 2020, this tower of historical value is located in the coastal village of Skoutari in Mani and provides magnificent sea views.
The tower covers 306 sq.m. and it is consisted of ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor. The ground floor offers a living /dining area, a kitchen, 1 large en-suite bedroom, a W.C and a storage room.
The 1st floor offers a reception area, a living room, 3 bedrooms that share 2 bathrooms and a W.C.
The 2nd floor covers a gallery of 9 sq.m. and offers a breathtaking view to the sea.
The duration of the renovation lasted 7 years, from 2013 until 2020 and it was from the ground up with the highest of standards, such as static reinforcement, chestnut wood and Italian tiles.
